General terms and conditions of business

1. Conclusion of the contract

1.1. Euron Transfer acts purely as a travel agent and forwards customer requests to a local service provider selected by Euron Transfer. The receipt of the respective customer request and the forwarding of the customer request by Euron Transfer to the selected local service provider is confirmed to the customer by means of a so-called reservation confirmation. The contract for the provision of the transport service is concluded exclusively between the customer and the service provider selected by Euron Transfer. 2 Content of the contract

2.1. The travel service is based on the description in the booking confirmation of the service provider selected by Euron Transfer. The services also include the additional provisions for the implementation of pick-ups and return trips in the booking confirmation.

2.2. The prices apply to a pick-up address and a one-way route; the trips are carried out directly from the airport to the hotel/holiday home/club ship or in the reverse order. The price listed in the booking confirmation includes 1 suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per person.

2.3. In addition to the selected service providers, Euron Transfer undertakes to provide a replacement vehicle in the event of a delay in incoming flights if the customer notifies the delay in good time. In good time means immediately after the customer becomes aware of the delay. However, waiting times of up to 1.5 hours can occur within the scope of reasonable expectations.

2.4. If the customer wishes to change the booking after placing the order and the binding booking confirmation has already been received from the service provider selected by Euron Transfer, this change must be reported to Euron Transfer in writing at info@eurontransfer.com. If this is not reported, the obligation to transport the passenger expires.

2.5. Exceptional situations such as air traffic controller strikes, extremely bad weather conditions, etc. can only be accommodated to a limited extent by the service providers selected by Euron Transfer, so that longer waiting times must then be accepted by the customer.

2.6 The driver will arrive at the hotel, cruise port or airport at the time of pick-up. If you cannot find your driver, you must call us within the first 10 minutes so that we can check. The guest must not endanger his flight by waiting at the hotel / cruise ship and must take a taxi to the airport if necessary. Euron Transfer will cover the costs upon presentation of a receipt and minus the transfer price. 3 Price The price stated in the booking confirmation from Euron Transfer is binding. After booking, the customer has the option of paying for the transfer via PayPal or in cash to the driver. 4 Cancellation costs

In the event of a cancellation by the customer, the customer undertakes to pay the following cancellation costs directly to Euron Transfer:

up to 18 hours before pick-up – no cancellation costs

up to 8 hours before pick-up – 50% of the transfer price

If the customer does not show up for pick-up, 100% of the transfer costs

5 Warranty
Euron Transfer itself is generally not liable for the execution of the journeys of the service provider selected by Euron Transfer, only within the scope of the duty of care of a prudent businessman for the conscientious preparation of the agreed journeys and the careful selection and monitoring of the service providers. The amount of liability is limited to the fare. The customer is obliged to report any complaints about the service to Euron Transfer immediately within 2 days, these will then be forwarded to the executing company.

5.1 Euron Transfer is not liable for lost luggage, strollers, golf bags, walkers, wheelchairs and other items that the guest carries with them.

5.2 Euron Transfer is not liable for damage to luggage, strollers, golf bags, walkers, wheelchairs, as it is not possible to prove whether the damage occurred during the flight or before the flight.

5.3 Items left in the vehicle must be requested by email within 3 days. Euron Transfer will check this with the relevant partners and will help to deliver the items to them as quickly as possible. For deliveries to the hotel on the same day, as soon as the vehicle is in the immediate vicinity, there is a fee of €10.00. If it cannot be delivered on the same day, then with the next possible transfer in the region for a fee of €20.00. If the guest wants an item left in the vehicle back on the same day, an extra vehicle must be sent to the hotel and the normal transfer costs will apply. Delivery abroad is not possible. Eur

on Transfer has a retention period of 3 months, after which the items are destroyed.

6 Severability Clause
If one of the above clauses is invalid, this does not change the validity of the contract. Invalid clauses are replaced by the statutory provisions.

Turkish law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Manavgat, Turkey.
